Whether you’re taking your first steps toward mindfulness or deepening an existing practice, Aligné offers a supportive environment where you can slow down, reconnect, and nourish your body, mind and soul.

Through the use of guided mindfulness sessions and pilates-based movement; we create space for you to breathe, reflect, and grow.
