Aligné Terms & Conditions - updated 09.01.2026

Here at Aligné, your health, happiness & safety are our key priorities. With that in mind, we have a few policies in place to keep things in check!

By booking and/or attending a class with Aligné you are confirming that you, and any other party you have booked for, have read and accepted ALL of the following Terms & Conditions:

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in any of our classes/sessions/events. Without full payment, your place cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

To help us run our classes smoothly, cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the session. Cancellations within 24 hours of a Pilates or mindfulness session/event are non-refundable. Failure to attend a booked session without notice will result in the loss of the class fee. In the instance of block-bookings (For example, a 4-week block paid in full), cancellations must be made 24 hours ahead of the first session.

Eligibility Policy (Strictly >18s)

All Pilates and mindfulness classes are strictly for participants aged 18 years and over. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants.

Photography

By booking and/or attending a class, you consent to the taking of photographs during the session. Participants who do not wish to be photographed must notify the instructor in advance.

Health & Safety Policy

By booking and/or attending a Pilates session, I confirm that:  I am participating voluntarily and understand that Pilates is a physical activity that carries a risk of injury.  I confirm that I am medically fit to take part and have consulted a medical professional if required.  I have disclosed any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, pain, or physical limitations to the instructor prior to the session and will update them of any changes.  I understand that failure to disclose relevant information may increase my risk of injury.  I agree to follow all instructions given by the instructor and understand that I am responsible for working within my own limits.  I accept full responsibility for my health and wellbeing during and after the session.  I acknowledge that the instructor is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained as a result of participating in the session, except where caused by proven negligence.  By proceeding with this booking, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this statement.

NOTE: If you are new to Aligné and have any injuries/conditions to disclose, please fill out the ‘New Client Form’ available on the website and inform your instructor prior to the session. By booking and/or attending an Aligné class you agree that you have read and accept this statement.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

  • Information collected: We may collect personal details such as your name, contact information, booking details, and relevant health information.

  • Use of information: Your information is used solely for managing bookings, delivering services, communicating important updates, and ensuring your safety during sessions.

  • Data storage: All personal data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised individuals.

  • Third parties: We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties, except where required by law or for secure payment processing.

  • Your rights: You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.

By booking and/or attending a class, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy.

Booking-for-Others Policy

In the case of booking in for another party, it is your responsibility to 1) share the policies/documentation you have agreed to on their behalf and 2) encourage them to submit a ‘New Client Form’ to report any illnesses or injuries they may need to disclose.

Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a welcoming, calm, and supportive environment where everyone feels safe and respected. By attending our Pilates and/or mindfulness classes, you agree to the following:

  • Respect the space and others: Please treat instructors and fellow participants with kindness, consideration, and respect at all times. Everyone will be at different stages of their journey, and encouragement and support is key.

  • Arrive on time: To preserve the flow and focus of the session, please arrive on time to class. We understand that life can sometimes interfere with our plans, and that’s not always in our control; but where you can be on time, please do.

  • Personal belongings: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • Maintain a calm atmosphere: Please keep noise to a minimum before, during, and after sessions. Mobile phones should be silenced and stored away.

  • Listen to your body: Move mindfully and rest when needed. Honour your own limits and follow guidance from the instructor.

  • Follow instructor guidance: For safety and wellbeing, please adhere to instructions and any modifications offered.

  • Support a shared experience: Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
