ALIGNÉ

Terms & Conditions

Covering Aligné Wellness (Pilates and wellness) & Aligné Digital (digital downloads)

Last updated: 21 August 2026

Here at Aligné, your health, happiness & safety are our key priorities. With that in mind, we have a few Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) to keep things in check.

By booking and/or attending a class/session with Aligné you are confirming that you, and any other party you have booked for, have read and accept ALL of the following T&Cs:

Payment Policy

All classes, private sessions, and programmes must be booked and paid for in advance via our website or approved booking platform provided to you by Courteney, founder of Aligné. Class passes and packages are valid for 45 days from the time of purchase. All prices are listed in Euro (€) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Full payment is required to confirm your place in a class or session.

Cancellation Policy

To help us run our classes smoothly, cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class/event, including no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the class credit. Group classes, workshops, and events may be cancelled or rescheduled by Aligné due to insufficient numbers, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will be offered a full credit, transfer to an alternative class, or refund. Private 1-1 sessions and posture assessments follow the same cancellation window unless otherwise agreed directly with Courteney. In the instance of block-bookings (For example, a 4-week block paid in full), cancellations must be made 24 hours ahead of the first session.

Eligibility Policy

All Pilates and mindfulness classes are strictly for participants aged 18 years and over. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants. If a participant is under the age of 18, they will require verbal and signed parental consent to partake in the class/session.

Online Classes

By booking and/or attending an online class, you must agree to keep your camera switched on for the duration of the session. This allows the instructor to provide appropriate guidance, ensure safety, and offer personalised feedback.

When attending an online class, participants are responsible for selecting and using equipment that is appropriate, safe, and suitable for their individual needs and experience level. While the instructor will demonstrate exercises using studio-quality equipment, clients attending from home acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring their own equipment is in good working condition and suitable for the movements being performed.

By booking and/or attending an online class, you accept full responsibility for the equipment you choose to use and agree to participate at your own discretion.

Physical Products

In addition to our standard services, Aligné offers a physical Pilates Journal, created by Align & Ease, for purchase. We also offer grip socks and micro-fibre towels for purchase. These products are all non-refundable.

The Align & Ease journal is intended for informational and personal use only and does not constitute medical, health, or fitness advice. By purchasing this journal, you acknowledge that any exercise, movement, or wellbeing practices referenced are undertaken at your own risk, and you agree that both Aligné and Align & Ease shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from its use or misuse.

All content within the journal remains the intellectual property of Align & Ease and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.

Digital Products

In addition to our standard services, Aligné offers digital downloads, including downloadable programmes, digital dashboards and other items provided by Aligné Wellness and/or Aligné Digital. This is including but not limited to The Aligné Business Dashboard, The Steady Set, The Client Files, The CEO Dashboard, and any Pilates programme sold as a digital download (e.g. CORE15, The Reform Collection, 8-Week Pilates x Strength Programme, 6-Week Nervous System Reset). All digital downloads are non-refundable.

By purchasing and accessing at-home pre-recorded sessions (or attending live online sessions), you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and understand that exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. Online, at-home, pre-recorded programmes are not recommended for beginners, or to anyone with injuries. Failure to heed advice ensures client liability. Aligné and instructors associated with Aligné will not be found liable if advice is not followed.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or opening a digital product, contact us within 7 days of purchase at digitalaligne@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.

Digital products are licensed for the personal or single-business use of the purchaser only. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or repackage any Aligné Digital template, dashboard, or planner - in part or in full - as your own product or as part of a paid offer to others. Screenshots or excerpts may not be used to recreate or closely imitate our products for commercial purposes.

Pre-ordered items will be delivered by the estimated date shown on the product listing at the time of purchase. If a pre-order is delayed beyond that date, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline, and you may request a full refund if you no longer wish to wait.

Health & Safety Policy

  • You are in good health and physically able to participate in Pilates, Barre, or related movement classes, and that you have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe.

  • You are participating voluntarily and understand that Pilates is a physical activity that carries a risk of injury,

  • You are medically fit to take part and have consulted a medical professional if required,

  • You agree to inform your instructor of any injury, pregnancy, surgery, or medical condition before your first class or session, and to update us if this changes.

  • You agree to follow all instructions given by the instructor and understand that you are responsible for working within your own limits,

  • You accept full responsibility for my health and wellbeing during and after the session.

  • You acknowledge that the instructor/Aligné is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained as a result of participating in the session, except where caused by proven negligence.

By booking and/or attending an Aligné class you agree that you have read and accept this policy.
