  • We offer Pilates and mindfulness classes fit to meet your needs. Whether you're just getting started or building on an existing practice; we have something for you!

  • All you need is yourself and a bottle of water. We will provide the rest!

  • We host small groups of <15 people per class!

  • We combine the fundamentals of Pilates & mindfulness with an overall understanding of the body and nervous systems; with our Founder, Courteney, holding both a BSc & PhD in Biology; as well as her EQF level 4 REPS Ireland-approved Pilates qualification (accredited by EHFA).

  • You can expect a fully certified instructor, who wants to support you in full.

    You can expect a safe-space, where you’re free to take a break anytime you need.

    You can expect movement modifications to account for any injuries you may have.

    And most of all, you can expect good vibes! Everyone is welcome here.

  • As of January 2026, my qualifications are as follows:

    • BSc Biomedical Science (2017-2021)

    • PhD Biomedical Science (2022-2025)

    • EQF Level 4 REPS Ireland-approved and EHFA-accredited Mat Pilates qualification (2025)

    • In progress: CThA-accredited Reformer Pilates qualification (2026)

    I also a qualified crisis counsellor (TextAboutIt) and hold various CPD certificates of completion in meditation (Alison), mindful meditation (Alison), journal therapy (Adam’s Academy) & goal setting (Adam’s Academy).
