  • Whether you're just getting started or building on an existing practice; we have something for you!

    Currently, we offer:

    • Mat Pilates,

    • Barre Pilates,

    • Reformer Pilates,

    • Jump-board Pilates,

    • Postural assessments,

    • 1-1 premium coaching.

  • All you need is yourself and a bottle of water. We will provide the rest!

  • We host small groups of <15 people per class!

  • We combine the fundamentals of Pilates & mindfulness with an overall understanding of the body and nervous systems.

    Our Founder, Courteney, holds both a BSc & PhD in Biology; as well as an EQF level 4 EHFA-accredited Mat Pilates qualification, a CThA-accredited Reformer Pilates qualification and a YMCA-accredited Barre qualification.

    She is also a REPS Ireland-approved instructor.

  • You can expect a fully certified instructor, who wants to support you in full.

    You can expect a safe-space, where you’re free to take a break anytime you need.

    You can expect movement modifications to account for any injuries you may have.
