Important information:

Clients enquiring about injury-related sessions will be required to confirm that they have been medically cleared by their doctor or physiotherapist to participate in physical activity.

For all online sessions, clients are required to keep their camera switched on for the duration of the class to ensure safety, correct technique, and effective coaching.

In certain circumstances, financial support may be available through healthcare providers to assist with your wellness and rehabilitation needs. With all of the necessary training, knowledge and the addition of biological & anatomical expertise; your healthcare provider can be assured that you’re in safe hands here.

The Process:

  • Register your interest for a 1-1, event, or small group gathering! From there, we can have a chat and make a plan.

  • Once you’ve sent that email, we can set up a completely free 15-30 minute consultation call. Here we can discuss logistics and make a solid plan to meet your needs.

  • Before we do any classes together, I get my 1-1 clients to fill out a very basic health questionnaire. This allows both me and my clients to work together in a seamless manner, with peace of mind!

  • Now, we can book our session! I can’t wait to work with you.
